Attendees will have an opportunity to exchange perspectives with peers addressing similar challenges involving enterprise AI, cybersecurity, digital transformation, workforce development and business strategy.
Unlike large trade shows and vendor-centric conferences, the summit is designed around the executive relationships and candid conversations that help senior technology leaders make better decisions. Through executive discussions, interactive roundtables, peer networking and informal conversations throughout the day, attendees can compare experiences, evaluate practical approaches and build trusted relationships across Minnesota’s business and technology community.
“Technology leaders benefit from connecting with peers who understand the challenges they face and the consequential decisions they must make,” said Hunter Muller, Founder and CEO of HMG Strategy. “Our C-Level Technology Leadership Summits bring executives together to exchange actionable ideas, strengthen trusted professional relationships and gain perspectives they can apply immediately within their organizations.”

The program will address the leadership decisions shaping today’s technology organizations, including how to turn AI investments into measurable business value, strengthen cyber resilience, modernize enterprise operations, design the future workforce and connect technology investments with strategic organizational priorities.
Program highlights include “Reinventing a Legacy: A CEO–CIO Conversation on Innovation, Trust, and Growth,” featuring Kraus-Anderson CEO Peter Diessner and CIO Tony Peleska. The candid executive discussion will examine how a unified CEO-CIO vision can accelerate innovation, strengthen organizational trust and help transform a legacy enterprise for the future.
Muller will also lead “Disrupt, Innovate to Win with AI!”, a fireside conversation with Cargill’s Kimberly Burke focused on responsible AI adoption, enterprise innovation and measurable business value.
Additional executive panels will examine how data, AI and strategic technologies can drive long-term business performance; how security innovation can become a strategic differentiator; how organizations can design the future workforce; and how technology leaders can sustain resilience, clarity and personal well-being while leading enterprise transformation.
During the luncheon, attendees will also participate in an interactive roundtable exchange focused on peer insights and real-world experiences. Discussion topics will include AI ethics, reskilling and upskilling, lessons learned from AI implementation, cybersecurity, multigenerational workforces, managing stress and the mind-body-spirit connection to leadership.
The program will also feature the HMG Innovation Accelerator Startup Showcase and recognition of accomplished technology leaders through the HMG Global Leadership Institute Awards.
